Water, Architecture, Civilisation

At Angkor Wat, centuries of history are written into weathered stone, quiet courtyards, and reflections along the water. Tim Edington’s photograph captures more than the scale of the ancient architecture; it preserves a living moment within it. The saffron robes of passing monks bring warmth and movement to the muted landscape, creating a striking contrast between human presence and enduring structure. Through careful composition and natural light, the scene becomes a study of place, culture, and time.
